Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Surge Merchandiser to support retail clients by stocking, displaying, and maintaining products across multiple locations. You will travel within a region, collaborate with store teams, and complete merchandising tasks during peak periods and special projects.

Qualifications

• Previous or basic experience in retail merchandising is helpful.
• Strong communication and organization are essential.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and able to travel within a region.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle physical merchandising tasks.

Responsibilities

• Stock, organize, and display merchandise in assigned stores.
• Coordinate with store personnel to keep displays in prime condition.
• Visit stores and complete projects on time using the mobile app.
• Set up and execute promotional and seasonal displays.
• Provide customer service and represent Anderson Merchandisers professionally.
• Troubleshoot product/display issues with store management.
• Travel to multiple store locations within a designated region.
