Job summary

FC Traffic Control, LLC seeks a hands-on Traffic Control Technician to work outdoors, setting up safe zones and directing traffic on active worksites. You’ll be part of a crew focused on moving projects forward in real-world conditions.

You will operate hand and power tools, read layouts, and support project leads with daily tasks. This role requires physical stamina and a safety-first mindset, with nights and weekend availability as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be physically capable of lifting up to 80 lbs and pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs.
• Available nights and weekends when duty calls.
• Excellent safety awareness and ability to follow traffic control rules.

Responsibilities

• Assist crew leads to keep projects on track.
• Set up cones, signs, and posts for safe work zones.
• Mark layouts with precision.
• Prepare, maintain and handle tools.
• Set up and clean up worksites.
• Direct traffic to keep drivers and workers safe.
• Operate company vehicles and respond to field challenges.
