DRMP in Deland, FL is seeking a Roadway Project Manager to lead high-impact roadway design projects for county, municipal clients and FDOT. You will manage project execution from concept to completion, supervise multidisciplinary teams, and ensure compliance with FDOT standards.

The role requires a BS in Civil Engineering, a Florida PE license, 10+ years of roadway design experience, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited BS in Civil Engineering required.
• Florida PE license required.
• 10+ years of transportation roadway design experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Project Manager for FDOT roadway design projects per standards.
• Lead the project team of engineers and designers for roadway plans.
• Collaborate with clients and partners to deliver quality, on time and within budget.
• Mentor junior engineers to develop future project managers.
• Develop and maintain client relationships to grow business.
• Support proposals and client presentations for FDOT projects.
