Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field with at least 4 years of experience in construction estimating or project management, preferably in civil DOT paving projects.
• Alternatively, 8+ years of experience in these related fields.

Responsibilities

• Review all potential bids with management.
• Quantity takeoff and cost confirmation.
• Solicit subcontractors and vendors.
• Bid submissions and openings across CT.
• Manage projects from bid to completion and control costs.
