Westwood Professional Services, Inc. is seeking a Transportation Project Manager to join our Wisconsin team.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of roadway design, DOT, and project management experience supporting design projects, with responsibilities spanning technical design, marketing, and growth of a team. The role requires leadership of project delivery, client contact, and business development while maintaining QA/QC and on-budget performance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive design experience in roadway projects.
• WI PE license or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• BS in Civil Engineering.
• Willingness to travel to project sites nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Manage design and delivery of projects in a profitable manner.
• Oversee the technical aspects of various projects.
• Supervise engineers and support personnel assigned to the project.
• Develop project work plans and budget projections and deploy resources.
• Prepare, maintain and coordinate schedules of multiple concurrent projects.
• Lead business development activities and client relations.
• Write proposals and participate in interviews.
