Job summary

HNTB in Little Rock is seeking a Roadway Engineer III to contribute to meaningful transportation projects across Arkansas. You will plan and distribute discipline work, manage schedules and budgets, and coordinate with clients and partners to deliver quality designs.

You will mentor team members, oversee project components across disciplines, and drive collaboration on multi-discipline projects. PE certification and extensive roadway design experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 6 years of relevant experience, or a Master’s with 5 years, or a PhD with 4 years.
• Experience in roadway design and project delivery.
• Strong proficiency in technical software and design standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan and distribute discipline-specific work, and manage project schedule and budget.
• Assist in marketing responsibilities, including proposals.
• Develop scope of work and level of effort for projects.
• Oversee completeness and accuracy of deliverables; mentor team.
• Coordinate technical aspects with clients and teaming partners; work across disciplines.
