Job summary

HNTB is seeking a Bridge Engineer III in Little Rock, AR, to contribute to complex transportation projects. You will develop element deliverables, coordinate with team members, and guide junior staff while ensuring quality control and timely progress.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s in Engineering with relevant experience; Master’s or PhD are valued. Proficiency in MS Office and MicroStation is preferred. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 4+ years of relevant experience; or Master’s with 3+ years; or PhD with 2+ years.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work within the schedule and hours provided.
• Assist in the development of project specifications.
• Develop discipline-specific engineering project elements/deliverables (reports, designs, plans).
• Aids in coordination and productivity of project team members.
• Provides technical guidance to less experienced engineering team members.
• Works with other disciplines on multi-discipline projects.
• Performs quality control reviews of engineering deliverables.
• Assists with scheduling and workload distribution within discipline.
