Responsibilities

• Program Oversight: Monitor roadway and bridge maintenance programs and guide staff in daily operations
• Work Plan Support: Assist county leaders in developing and adjusting the Annual Work Plan throughout the year
• Budget Monitoring: Review fiscal reports, track available funds, and advise management on resource needs
• Inventory Control: Supervise the receipt, storage, and issuing of tools, materials, and equipment
• Staff Leadership: Plan and evaluate the work of subordinates and provide training and guidance
• Operational Evaluation: Review reports and conditions to recommend adjustments for scheduled maintenance work

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Computer Science/Mathematics/Statistics or civil engineering related

Associate's Degree in Business Administration/Computer Science/Highway Engineering Technology or related
