Qualifications

  • One year of experience as a Technical Assistant or equivalent Federal Government job title.
  • Experience in analysis of data used in planning and scheduling of work, materials and equipment.
  • Any combination of experience and training that meets the minimum requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Data Management: Enter, review, and analyze roadway data to support maintenance planning.
  • Inventory Tracking: Monitor material quantities and maintain inventory records.
  • Contract Oversight: Coordinate with contractors and verify completed work.
  • Field Reviews: Visit sites to inspect conditions and document roadway status.
  • Customer Service: Communicate with internal staff, contractors, and the public.
  • Safety Support: Follow safety protocols and report hazards.

Education

Associate's Degree in Highway Engineering Technology
One year of experience in analysis of data used in planning and scheduling
Any equivalent combination of experience and training
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Graduating within 3 months of qualifying degree
