Job summary

You will review schedules and planning documents, oversee material planning, and maintain alignment with the annual work plan.

Qualifications

• One year of experience as a Roadway Programs Specialist or Roadway Programs Technician Supervisor, or equivalent.
• Three years of experience in analysis, development, and implementation of roadway maintenance methods; associate degree as listed.
• One year of experience in analysis, development, and implementation of roadway maintenance methods; bachelor's degree as listed.
• Any equivalent combination of experience and training.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate roadway maintenance programs and assist in developing the Annual Work Plan.
• Manage county budgets, prepare reviews, and recommend budget adjustments to support operations.
• Determine material needs, monitor inventories, and oversee ordering of essential maintenance supplies.
• Review schedules, reports, and planning documents to adjust work plans based on conditions and priorities.
• Ensure proper work zone setups and support safe work environments through monitoring and guidance.
• Manage workload distribution and direct staff, training, evaluations, and concerns.
