• Operate and maintain paving equipment including paver machines for correct width and depth.
• Assist crew with paving operations and related labor to complete projects.
• Ensure safety rules are followed and report hazards or accidents to the foreman.
• Work with crew and communicate effectively with supervisors and inspectors.
