TRP Construction Group, LLC is seeking Pavement Marking Field Associates to join our highway striping team in Texas. The role emphasizes safety, equipment operation, and compliance with DOT standards.

You will be responsible for vehicle and equipment checks, reporting, and maximizing production while adhering to safety policies and procedures. Training and overtime may be required as part of our dynamic scheduling.

Qualificações

• Background checks (criminal, driving, substance)
• Know local driving rules and regulations
• Carry out simple arithmetic functions
• Follow all Safety Policies and Procedures
• Ability to adapt to latest technology
• Capable of using a smartphone and apps
• Adjust to changing work schedule
• DOT and quality guidelines compliance

Responsabilidades

• Complete equipment/vehicle repair reports.
• Ensure work complies with DOT and quality standards.
• Maintain vehicles and spray systems, keep clean.
• Fill pre-trip and post-trip inspection forms.
• Maximize production on the job site.
• Operate and maintain at least six different pieces of equipment.
