TRP Construction Group, LLC is seeking Pavement Marking Field Associates to join our highway striping team in Texas. You will help ensure road safety and precision in marking while supporting equipment maintenance and daily inspections.

Expect to operate multiple hand tools and powered equipment, adhere to DOT guidelines, and support a dynamic, travel-friendly schedule across shifts. The role includes health and retirement benefits and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety policies.
• Ability to carry out simple arithmetic functions.
• Proficiency with smartphones and applications used on job sites.
• Adaptability to changing shifts and travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all work is completed in compliance with DOT and quality guidelines.
• Maintain vehicles and spray systems; ensure equipment is loaded properly daily.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspection forms accurately.
• Maximize production on the job and operate multiple equipment pieces.
