Job summary

RoadSafe Traffic Systems is seeking a Pavement Marking Technician to drive and operate pavement marking equipment for road construction and maintenance projects. The position requires the precise application of road markings, strong safety discipline, and the ability to work in various weather conditions with the team and contractors.

The ideal candidate will hold a valid CDL-A, pass a background check and drug test, and complete ATSSA TCT and Pavement Marking trainings if required.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid CDL Class A license and pass a background check.
• Able to pass a drug test and meet DOT requirements.
• Wear safety PPE (boots, hard hat, safety glasses, vest) and adhere to safety rules.
• Complete ATSSA TCT and Pavement Marking intermediate trainings as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Operate pavement marking equipment for road construction and maintenance.
• Set up and remove traffic control signs and equipment at job sites.
• Drive company trucks to transport materials and equipment to job sites.
• Install, remove, and reset delineators, signs, posts, and supports.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on equipment.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies.
