Missouri Department of Transportation seeks an entry-level Maintenance Worker for the Ozark Maintenance Facility in Ozark, MO. Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include High School Diploma or GED/HiSET.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Passing CDL exam with tanker endorsement and Class B, interstate status within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Maintain state highway systems, including filling joints and cracks, patching potholes, flagging and directing traffic.
• Maintain and repair state highway facilities, signs, guardrails, curbs, gutters, and equipment.
• Operate vehicles to transport personnel and materials, plow snow, spread ice control materials, and operate various trucks and equipment.
• May repair bridge decks, drains, and install signs and weld/repair posts; inspect and maintain signs.

Education

CDL license with tanker endorsement (Class B) and interstate status
