Job summary

Ferrovial, via Webber (Ferrovial Construction), is seeking an Infrastructure Maintenance Technician to service roads and related assets. You will follow contract standards and supervisor directions to maintain traffic control, road surfaces, and related facilities.

The role requires a HS diploma or GED and at least one year in infra maintenance; a valid driver license is essential. CDL/DOT/electrical/welding certifications are highly desirable, with overtime and emergency rotations possible.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year of work experience in infrastructure, maintenance, and repair preferred.
• A valid driver license and good driving record are required to operate company vehicles.
• CDL, DOT certifications, Electrical and Welding Certifications are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Create safe Maintenance of Traffic (M.O.T) control by setting up and removing traffic devices.
• Work from heights using bucket trucks, scaffolding, ladders, and aerial platforms.
• Perform basic maintenance on bridges, pipes, and electrical/electronic systems as needed.
• Repair catch basins, pumps, hydrants and other mechanical assets with hand/power tools.
• Maintain electrical systems including emergency phones, CCTV, signs and lighting.
• Transport crew and equipment to sites using large trucks and trailers.
• Be available for overtime, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Maintain highway surfaces, signage, and vegetation; ensure clean appearance of highways/medians.
• Operate and maintain equipment safely; follow all company policies.
