Qualifications

• Two years of related work experience or equivalent.
• Valid operator’s license required; CDL Class A must be obtained within 6 months.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on varied terrain.
• Willingness to work outside normal hours during emergencies or adverse weather.
• Knowledge of safety practices and flagging operations.

Responsabilités

• Lead crew in dispersed operations and various maintenance tasks.
• Direct maintenance like driveway work, drainage, and signs debris removal.
• Instruct crewmembers in safety practices daily.
• Operate heavy equipment listed in the responsibilities.
• Assist with traffic control planning and work-zone safety.
• Record daily tasks and assist in preparing reports.
• Support Crew Foreman and participate in on-call emergencies.
