Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HiSET required.
• Five years of experience in roadway/bridge/sign maintenance or related duties.
• Valid Class A CDL with tanker endorsement, interstate status, no air brake restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Leads maintenance crews during operations (work zones, patching, snow removal, sign/striping).
• Operates highway maintenance equipment (tractors, dozers, loaders, trucks, snowplows).
• Oversees material usage and may prepare reports and maintain employee records.
• Oversees routine maintenance of equipment, buildings and grounds.
• Inspects bridges and roadways to determine maintenance needs and progress.
