Job summary

Lighting Maintenance Inc. is seeking a Roadway Electrical Helper to support our roadway lighting team. You will assist electricians with repairs, install light poles, foundations, conduit, and wiring, and gain hands-on experience through company-paid IEC apprenticeship training.

We provide paid training, opportunities to obtain a CDL, bucket truck operation, and industry certifications, with a clear growth path in the electrical trade.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid Maryland Class C driver's license with no points.
• Truck-driving experience is a plus.
• Some electrical experience preferred.
• Must provide own hand tools.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Assist electricians with roadway lighting repairs.
• Install and remove light poles.
• Install foundations, conduit, hand boxes, and wiring.
• Repair lighting outages.
• Follow Miss Utility regulations.
• Load and unload materials and equipment.
