Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain heavy equipment such as front-end loader, backhoe, excavator, motor grader, and dump trucks for road maintenance.
• Perform manual labor tasks including clearing rights‑of‑way, drainage work, paving, and concrete work.
• Assist in safety practices, flagging, setup of traffic control, and monitoring for hazards.
• Work outside normal schedule, including on-call shifts and emergency response as needed.
• Support crew with instruction on safety and proper use of tools and equipment.
