gpac is seeking a Senior Project Manager / Estimator for paving and roadway construction in Portland, OR. You will lead estimating and project management for Federal, State, County, and City paving projects from bid through completion.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in civil construction, paving, or roadway work.
• Proven experience estimating and managing Federal, State, County, and City projects.
• Strong understanding of roadway construction, asphalt paving, grading, and related civil work.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and contract documents.
• Strong estimating, project management, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with public works/DOT projects strongly preferred.
