You will work on highway design projects for state and local agencies, applying TxDOT standards and safety criteria. Qualifications

Strong foundation in highway design principles.
Understanding of roadway geometrics and roadside safety design.
Experience with TxDOT design standards and plans preparation procedures.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge of TxDOT RDM, Texas MUTCD, Standard Plans, AASHTO Greenbook criteria.

Responsibilities
