Job summary

WSP Global Inc. in Omaha, NE seeks a Civil/Roadway Engineer to join our Nebraska Transportation Team.

You will design roadway, intersection, and pedestrian improvements, coordinate with drainage and traffic operations, and deliver plans, specifications, and cost estimates for public agencies. We value strong technical skills in Civil 3D, MicroStation, and related tools, plus 3–6 years of post-education experience and an Engineer in Training credential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field; EIT certification.
• 3–6 years of post-education civil engineering experience.
• Experience with discipline-specific design software.
• Ability to coordinate with agency regulations and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Design roadway, intersection, and pedestrian improvements for public agencies.
• Prepare plans, specifications, reports, and cost estimates.
• Ensure production meets scope, schedule, and quality requirements.
• Attend client meetings and support project management activities.
