Overview

Wilson & Company’s Omaha, NE office is seeking a Roadway professional with experience in the design of transportation infrastructure, notably streets, highways, and interstates.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Perform roadway design and modeling utilizing Open Roads Designer.
• Lead and manage tasks on projects of various sizes.
• Work with experienced designers and project managers as well as collaborating with other disciplines and subconsultants to deliver projects.
• Primarily working on projects in State of Office Location with opportunities to support regional projects.
• Efficiently communicate and partner with peers, senior staff, and clients.

Preferred Experience and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
• NEBRASKA Professional Engineer licensed or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• 4 - 7 years’ experience in the design of streets and highways in accordance with local, state and/or federal regulations.
• Ability to effectively work with other engineers and technicians.
• Background in traffic engineering design and H&H design helpful.
• Experience in CADD utilizing Open Roads Designer.

Compensation

Annual Salary range: $79,000 - $135,000
