Job summary

Bowman in West Palm Beach, FL is seeking a Project Manager - Roadway/Highway Design to lead transportation projects from concept through completion, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery, and high-quality design. The role requires coordinating across disciplines and managing client relationships.

Ideal candidates will possess a civil engineering degree, PE or EIT, 10+ years of transportation experience, strong leadership, budgeting, and QA/QC skills, plus proficiency with MicroStation/AutoCAD and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of professional engineering experience with an emphasis on transportation engineering.
• Experience leading engineering projects with transportation components required.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal departments to meet project requirements.
• Supervise client relationships and act as primary client contact on projects.
• Lead project staff meetings and assist with marketing and business development.
• Manage projects budgets and schedules; monitor progress and QA/QC.
• Prepare client presentations and review technical specifications and estimates.
• Review project changes and ensure adherence to scope and budget.
