Job summary

Bowman in West Palm Beach, FL seeks a Transportation Project Manager to lead transportation projects from initiation through delivery. You will coordinate with departments, manage budgets and schedules, and maintain strong client relationships to ensure project success.

The role requires a civil engineering background, extensive transportation experience, and PE licensure. You will oversee project teams, contribute to proposals, and ensure high-quality technical delivery for our clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of professional engineering experience with emphasis on transportation engineering.
• Demonstrated experience leading professional engineering projects with transportation projects.
• Professional Engineer (PE) Registration required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal departments to meet project requirements.
• Support other disciplines with traffic engineering expertise.
• Serve as primary client contact on assigned projects and maintain client satisfaction.
• Lead regular project staff meetings.
• Assist with marketing of the firm’s capabilities to establish new clients and enhance relationships.
• Manage projects or direction of transportation tasks on projects and monitor progress for schedule and budget.
• Prepare client presentations and attend public meetings.
• Review plans, specifications, contracts, and estimates.
