Ferrovial Construction is seeking a Roadway Design Segment Manager in Nashville, TN. You will lead civil roadway design efforts on large transportation infrastructure, overseeing design teams, coordinating with consultants and internal discipline leads, and ensuring quality and schedule adherence.

This role involves collaboration with DOTs, developers, and stakeholders across the United States. You will mentor staff, perform in-house preliminary designs for value engineering, and support project

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited US college or university.
• Master’s degree in Transportation Engineering is a plus.
• 7+ years of experience in roadway design is required.

Responsabilités

• Perform roadway design on complex highway D&B and PPP projects during tender and detail design.
• Coordinate design works with consultants and supervise/ review their designs for Ferrovial.
• Coordinate roadway design with Geotech, drainage, pavement, utilities, structures, MEP, and environmental teams.
