Job summary

Ferrovial Construction US is seeking a Roadway Segment Design Manager to lead design efforts on large-scale civil infrastructure projects across the United States. You will oversee roadway design on Design-Build and PPP procurements, coordinating with consultants and internal teams to meet quality, schedule, and budget targets.

You will mentor the design department within Ferrovial Construction US and collaborate with DOTs, developers, and clients to deliver value-driven, safe, and compliant

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited US college.
• Master’s degree in Transportation Engineering is a plus.
• 7+ years of experience in roadway design.

Responsibilities

• Perform roadway design on complex highway D&B and PPP projects.
• Coordinate design works with design consultants and reviews.
• Coordinate all roadway design aspects with other discipline managers.
• Manage internal design team and ensure design development quality.
• Prepare preliminary designs for cost-effective solutions and VE.
• Coordinate with DOTs, developers, and stakeholders.
• Supervise design packages and reports to meet schedule and budget.
