Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in civil engineering.
• Strong interest in highway/roadway/transportation engineering.
• Familiarity with MicroStation and/or AutoCAD Civil 3D (Geopak/3D Modeling a plus).
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support roadway and highway design projects under senior engineers.
• Assist with traffic analysis and plan preparation.
• Gain hands-on experience with design software and construction documentation.
• Collaborate with project teams to deliver quality work on schedule.
