Consor North America, Inc. in Colorado is seeking a Roadway Engineer with strong design skills to lead design tasks and coordinate with clients. The role offers growth into leadership while delivering infrastructure projects across Colorado.

You will perform roadway design, prepare PS&E, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, with mentorship and career advancement in a collaborative, hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related discipline.
• 6+ years roadway or transportation engineering experience.
• PE license in Colorado or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Experience applying AASHTO, CDOT, and local roadway design criteria.
• Proficiency with MicroStation/OpenRoads, AutoCAD Civil 3D (Civil 3D preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform roadway design and engineering analysis for transportation projects, including alignments, corridor design, grading, typical sections, maintenance of traffic, and drainage coordination.
• Prepare PS&E in accordance with CDOT, AASHTO, and local agency requirements.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including traffic, drainage, structures, utilities, lighting, landscape, and environmental.
