Job summary

Arcadis seeks a Project Roadway Design Engineer to join our Jacksonville team. You will contribute to designing infrastructure for roadways, intersections, expressways, and interchanges on GDOT projects, using MicroStation/OpenRoads and other CAD tools.

You will work within a multi-disciplinary project team, develop scopes and budgets, mentor junior staff, and ensure quality and safety standards across projects. A PE and a degree in engineering are expected.

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ experience including GDOT projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Develop infrastructure project designs for roadways including intersections and interchanges.
• Perform roles on multi-disciplinary projects including planning, design, production lead, and client interaction.
• Manage project scopes, budgets, schedules; ensure quality and safety standards.
