Qualifications

• 5+ years of Supervisory experience in mass grading, finishing slope and ditches or highway work.
• Experience with NCDOT projects and NCDOT Level II EC Certification a plus.
• Valid Driver License required.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage construction tasks of craft and labor crews to ensure safety and quality.
• Perform pre-task meetings to ensure safe work practices and procedures.
• Exercise judgment to troubleshoot issues as they arise.
