Job summary

Conti Solar is seeking a Roadway Foreman in North Carolina to manage construction activities and supervise labor crews for roadway projects. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of supervisory experience and knowledge of safety standards.(NPDES) You will ensure compliance with company policies while directing active construction operations.

Your positive leadership and communication skills will help maintain project schedules while effectively managing workforce requirements and equipment operations. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, and candidates must hold a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Supervisory experience in grading and highway work.
• Understanding of NCDOT projects and NCDOT Level II EC Certification.
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as proportions and volumes.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage construction tasks of labor crews.
• Maintain NPDES weekly report and safety practices.
• Supervise work schedules and track payroll.
