Job summary

CES Consulting, LLC is hiring several Construction Laborers/Truck Drivers to support projects in Northern Virginia (Fairfax, Loudoun, Prince William, Arlington, Fauquier). Primary duties include excavation preparation, digging, backfilling, and installing foundations for signs, light poles, and traffic control devices; also site cleanup and material transport.

Qualifications

• Outdoor work in all seasons.
• Comfort around heavy equipment and traffic.
• Ability to work at heights in confined spaces with safety gear.
• Moderate to heavy lifting (50+ lbs) daily.
• Valid driver's license; Class A CDL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Flagging, traffic closures, and related tasks.
• Site cleaning, trench digging, debris removal.
• Install erosion and sediment controls.
• Perform manual labor to support projects.
• Transport materials and equipment to sites.
• Handle diverse tasks within a day.
