Job summary

CES Consulting, LLC is hiring construction laborers/truck drivers to support projects across Northern Virginia, including Fairfax, Loudoun, Prince William, Arlington, and Fauquier counties. Responsibilities include excavation, hand digging, backfilling, and installing foundations for ground mounts and signs, plus related trenching, debris cleanup, and material transport.

Applicants should be comfortable outdoors year-round, able to work near heavy equipment, and follow safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Outdoor work in all seasons
• Comfort around heavy equipment and traffic
• Work at heights and confined spaces with safety gear
• Moderate to heavy lifting (>50 lbs) daily
• Reliability and valid driver's license; CDL preferred

Responsibilities

• Flagging and traffic control as needed
• Site preparation and debris cleanup
• Install erosion and sediment controls
• Perform manual labor tasks to support projects
• Transport materials and equipment to sites
• Handle a variety of tasks each day
