Job summary

Network Connex in Manassas, VA is seeking a dedicated Driver – Field Operations to transport, unload and stage materials for telecommunications projects. You will also perform labor tasks when not driving, with project assignments fluctuating between CDL and laborer duties.

A valid Class A CDL with tanker and air brake endorsements is required. Candidates should have 1–3 years of commercial driving experience and be comfortable working outdoors on active construction sites.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with tanker and air brake endorsements
• No restrictions (E, L, or Z restrictions not allowed)
• 1–3 years of commercial driving experience preferred
• Experience hauling heavy equipment or working in telecom/OSP is a plus

Responsibilities

• Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles to transport equipment, materials, and tools to job sites
• Unload and stage materials and assist field crews as needed
• Assist with site setups including placing cones, signs, and safety barriers
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report issues promptly
