Job summary

Corporate Environmental Risk Management, L.L.C. is seeking a Construction Inspector to oversee all phases of roadway, structural, building and utility construction projects.

You will inspect drawings and specifications, report deviations, and communicate with architects, engineers and contractors. The role requires attention to detail, ability to read plans, and experience in inspection of utilities and roadway work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specs.
• 2 years of experience inspecting utilities, electrical, waterline and roadwork.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inspections of roadway construction to ensure compliance.
• Monitor materials and workmanship (soil compaction, asphalt, concrete, drainage).
• Document inspection results and maintain records.
• Communicate with contractors, engineers, and project managers to resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Perform other duties as required.
