Job Description Overview

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Roadway Civil Engineering Intern - Summer 2027 to join our Miami, FL office. Your Role Provide administrative and operations support to Roads & Highways Engineering staff Collaborate with engineers on Roadway plan production tasks Performs simple drafting and CAD/ORD assignments following detailed instructions Assist in the compilation of design data and the preparation of construction plans.

About You

EXPERIENCE: No experience is generally required if accepted into a Bachelor's degree program in a related technical field. EDUCATION: Must be a Junior pursuing a civil engineering degree from an ABET accredited program by the start of the internship (Summer 2027).

SPECIAL SKILLS

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation, or OpenRoads Designer (preferred)

Additional Information

Expected compensation range is between $25 - $31 hourly depending on skills, experience, and geographical location.
