Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Roadway Civil Engineering Intern for Summer 2027 in our Miami, FL office. This internship provides administrative and operations support to Roads & Highways Engineering staff and opportunities to collaborate with engineers on plan production tasks.

You will perform simple drafting and CAD/ORD assignments under detailed guidance and assist in compiling design data and preparing construction plans. Must be a junior pursuing an ABET-accredited civil engineering degree.

Qualifications

• No experience is generally required if accepted into a related Bachelor's degree program.
• Must be junior pursuing a civil engineering degree from an ABET-accredited program by the start of the internship (Summer 2027).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation, or OpenRoadsDesigner preferred.

Expected compensation range is between$25-$31hourlydepending on skills, experience, and geographical location.
