Qualifications

• Two years of experience in construction inspection required.
• Experience in roadway, bridge or signal/ITS construction preferred.
• TDOT experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Read, interpret, and understand construction drawings.
• Conduct and document observations of construction operations.
• Perform material testing in the field.

Skills

Strong written and communication skills

Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Education

High school graduate or equivalent

Civil Engineering degree (if applicable)
