Job summary

Perfection Staffing is seeking Equipment Workers to support maintenance operations at our Houston facility. This role involves a range of manual tasks related to roadway and airfield upkeep, including painting, surface repair, and general maintenance.

The ideal candidates must have basic literacy and numeracy skills along with a minimum of six months experience in equipment operations. Responsibilities include painting, concrete repairs, and facility upkeep.

Qualifications

• Basic literacy and numeracy skills typically acquired through 911 years of formal education.
• Minimum six months of experience operating plant or automotive equipment and attachments.

Responsibilities

• Paint roadways and airfield markings.
• Prepare, repair, and finish concrete and asphalt surfaces.
• Maintain terminal areas including curbs, roadways, and lawn care.
• Perform pressure washing, trash removal, and other facility upkeep.
• Operate equipment and tools related to maintenance services.
