Job summary

• Ability to read, write, add, subtract and follow oral and/or basic written instructions.
• Six months of experience in operating plant or automotive equipment.
• May require valid Texas Class C driver's license; CDL may be needed depending on equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate cement mixers and finish concrete surfaces.
• Repair and finish hard surfaces like forms, rebars, pouring concrete.
• Operate paint machines and trucks to transport equipment/materials.
• Perform manual tasks such as lawn care, roofing, painting, digging, and cleaning.
• Maintain, inspect, and service equipment, vehicles, and tools.
• Follow safety procedures and may lead a crew or coordinate tasks.
