Job summary

ARNAZ Towing in Southeast Michigan is seeking tow and roadside operators to handle dispatch calls for tows, jump starts, lockouts, tire changes and fuel delivery. You will load and secure vehicles on flatbeds and wheel-lifts, ensuring no damage, and log every call in Towbook with photos, times and notes.

Pre-trip and post-trip inspections are required, with prompt problem reporting. Candidates must have a valid Michigan chauffeur's license, a clean driving record, and be willing to work nights,

Qualifications

• Valid Michigan chauffer's license and a clean driving record.
• Able to work nights, weekends, holidays and on-call shifts.
• Able to lift 75+ lbs and work outside in any weather.
• Preferred: towing experience, AAA Roadside.

Responsibilities

• Run tow and roadside calls sent by dispatch: tows, jump starts, lockouts, tire changes and fuel delivery.
• Load and secure vehicles on flatbeds and wheel-lifts safely, without damage.
• Log every call in Towbook in real time, with photos, times and notes.
• Do pre-trip and post-trip truck inspections and report problems right away.
• Be professional with stranded drivers, fleet customers and police.
