Job summary

The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company is seeking Roadside Technicians to provide urgent tire service at customer locations for semi-truck fleets, including tire repair and replacement on roadside. You will be deployed to locations to service tires, with safety and high-quality workmanship guiding every task.

Starting pay ranges from $22 to $26 per hour plus on-call premiums; there is a guaranteed minimum on-call schedule and potential weekly earnings.

Qualifications

• Basic requirements include a valid driver's license and legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Preferred: High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Respond to tire-related emergencies at customer locations as a roadside technician.
• Repair or change tires on semi-truck fleets.
• Mount, dismount, and balance tires as needed; ensure proper PSI.
• Observe OSHA safety rules and wear PPE; keep work area safe.
