AAA Washington is seeking a Fleet Technician in Spokane to respond to emergency roadside requests, diagnose issues, and provide light vehicle services. You’ll work with towing and light service fleets to keep members moving while upholding AAA’s standards.

Qualifications include a high school diploma, 21+ years of age, valid WA/ID license, and 3+ years in automotive or customer service with mechanical aptitude. The role includes safety-related duties and benefits.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must pass DOT physical and random drug screenings.
• 3+ years’ automotive or customer service experience.
• 1+ years’ of mechanical aptitude and reasoning.
• Must be at least 21 years old for insurance and driver eligibility.

Responsabilidades

• Provide emergency mechanical assistance on member vehicles (jumps, battery tests, batteries, tire changes, gas delivery, lock-out).
• Tow vehicles to designated locations following safety procedures.
• Be the face of AAA Washington to members in need of roadside service.
• Provide customer service to members and other departments as needed.
• Advise manager of vehicle or operational issues.
• Perform minor repairs on fleet vehicles.
• Contribute to a positive team dynamic and AAA’s values.
