Job summary

Love's Travel Stops in Oklahoma City is seeking experienced Contact Center Representatives to deliver exceptional customer service, process Roadside Service dispatch, and drive sales through multiple channels. The role requires presence at Memorial Road location, with a three-week training program from 8 a.m.

to 5 p.m., Monday–Friday, starting Oct 7, and shift schedules may vary. Ideal candidates have HS diploma, some college, and 2–3 years in call center or customer service.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• Some College a plus.
• 2–3 years Call Center and Customer Service Experience Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest quality customer experience by handling questions, complaints, and inquiries with courtesy and professionalism.
• Assist customers, stores, and restaurant personnel via inbound calls, emails, voicemails, and other channels; document incidents accurately.
• Follow up on cases and escalate to management as needed; post resolutions to case records.
• Maintain MLR (My Love Rewards) program questions and account maintenance.
• Perform other duties as needed.
