Job summary

Love's Travel Stops is hiring for a customer-facing role in Porter, OK. You will provide excellent service, resolve issues, and help multiple departments including store, restaurant, and truck care with cleaning, stocking, and upkeep.

You'll use various tools to maintain facilities, may cross-train in other areas, and must prioritize safety and customer satisfaction while complying with company policies. Physical ability to lift 25+ pounds and work in varied temperatures is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance and resolve issues to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Assist store, restaurant, and truck care departments with cleaning, maintenance, stocking, and customer service.
• Operate and maintain facility equipment and perform basic repairs (HVAC, fuel systems, refrigeration, etc.).
• Cross-train in other departments such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Roles.
• Prioritize safety and customer satisfaction in line with company policies.
