Welcome to Love's! We are seeking experienced Contact Center Representatives to provide exceptional customer service and dispatch Roadside Service. This onsite position is located at our Memorial Road location, with training occurring over three weeks, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The shift will be overnight from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m., with a pay differential.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of Call Center and Customer Service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and handle all inquiries.
• Document customer incidents accurately and timely.
• Maintain My Love Rewards loyalty program.
• Assist customers with program questions and account maintenance.
