PAL OF DALLAS LLC is seeking a skilled Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will perform maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on a variety of vehicles, using hand and power tools, to keep customers safe and satisfied.

You should have basic mechanical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or with a team in a fast-paced environment. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required, and a background check will be conducted.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in vehicle maintenance or a related field.
• Proficiency with hand tools and power tools.
• Basic mechanical knowledge with ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• A valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check is required.
• Must have reliable transportation to work in.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine vehicle maintenance, including fuel delivery, tire rotations, CDU, jump starts, and battery installations.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for repairs and installations.
• Diagnose mechanical issues using a b2q tester and other diagnostic equipment.
• Perform repairs on various types of vehicles, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Maintain accurate records of all work performed, including parts used and time spent on tasks.
• Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement in processes and equipment efficiency.
• Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and safe at all times.
