Qualifications

• Customer-first mindset with passion for helping people.
• Willingness and flexibility to work 2pm–12:30am including weekends.
• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Operate tow trucks safely and efficiently.
• Perform simple vehicle diagnostics to identify issues.
• Provide essential roadside assistance including tire changes, fuel delivery, and lockouts.
• Build trust and remain a calming presence for members on the scene.
